What is PVC Wood Door

PVC wood doors, as a very popular type of interior door nowadays, have a wide range of uses. Their structure consists of a wooden frame inside, with the surface material often being high-density board(HDF). Then, through a process of high-temperature compression and adsorption, a PVC foil is adhered to the surface of the high-density board(HDF), tightly integrating the two.

There are various options for the door panel's infill, such as HDF strips, honeycomb materials, particleboard materials, solid wood materials, etc. The choice of infill material is determined by the specific use of the door.

 

There are two options for the door frame material: one is 100% HDF, and the other is a combination of wood and HDF. Regardless of the choice, the surface treatment is the same, covered with a PVC film(PVC Foil), using the same process as the door panel.

Given production and export costs, we recommend an MOQ of one 20GP container, which holds about 200 door sets. We also accept smaller LCL orders, though they incur higher average charges and slightly increased pricing.
