Our Extrude WPC Doors are crafted via advanced extrusion technology, boasting a one-piece integrated structure with no splicing seams. Their core, made of wood fiber, thermoplastic resin, and modified additives, is dense and uniform—ensuring exceptional water resistance, anti-warping, and anti-mildew performance, perfect for damp areas like bathrooms and kitchens. 

The surface features a realistic wood grain texture, blending naturally with various interiors. Lightweight yet sturdy, they offer good sound and thermal insulation, with low maintenance needs. 

Packing & Delivery

1. Carton packing: The door leaf and frame are expertly packed in separate cartons to ensure safe delivery;
2. Pallet packing: The door leaf is securely wrapped in plastic film before being placed on a pallet for maximum protection during transit.

How about your delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the order details, the cargo requirement, material, quantity. Normally we need 25-35 days to finish the production. For the urgent order, we can try the best to delivery according to requirement.
 
How about the MOQ of the order?
Considering the cost of production cost and charge to export, we advise the MOQ is 1*20GP container. It can loads about 200sets of door. But for the LCL order, we accept also but the average charge is higher and the price will be a little higher also.
 
How about the Payment Terms?
We accept the payment by T/T, Cash, L/C at sight.
